Smith Residence (2017)
A dream cottage with some issues. In 2017 we assisted the Smith's with a small water issue, that small issue turned into the complete replacement of all windows and siding. With the winter closing in fast we were under pressure. The leaks were big, the basement had just been finished and winter was very close. With our noses to the grindstone we completed the project just as the snow started to fall. More importantly, no more leaks!
Sheppard Residence (2016)
A beautiful cottage on the shore of Georgian Bay. In 2016 we gave this little hideaway a face lift. Buy removing all the vinyl siding and replace it with a combination of faux cedar shake and designer stone. We even put in the effort to cover the foundation wall, eliminating the large sections of unfinished concrete.
Meaford Fire Hall (2010)
The Meaford Fire Hall was originally built in 1887. The addition of the bell tower was in 1908 and 112 years later, in 2010, Jeremy Grant refurbished and rebuilt one of the most visible features in down town Meaford. At 110 feet off the ground, this project took a considerable amount of planning, coordination, safety and skill to execute. Below is a chronological look at the Meaford Fire Hall project
